Your cards
Your cards are on this iPhone. If you use iCloud, they are also in your private iCloud database. Only you can reach them, the publisher cannot.
Barcodes
The app draws barcodes on the device. A card number goes only to your own iCloud and to no other service.
Network
The app connects only to iCloud, to keep your cards in step, and to the App Store, to handle the one-time purchase.
This website
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you open a page, GitHub stores your IP address for security. This also applies if you are not signed in to GitHub. How long GitHub keeps it is set by GitHub.
This website sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no tracking, no fonts or content from other servers and no contact form.
The legal basis is the publisher’s legitimate interest in providing the page securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The IP address is technically necessary for the page to reach you. GitHub bases the transfer to the USA on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.
The App Store and TestFlight are services of Apple. Apple handles data about downloads and tests under Apple's own privacy policy.
